Product Overview
The aromatic opening is composed of fresh white florals including jasmine, rose, honeysuckle, freesia, and lily-of-the-valley. The heart contains sweet melon, passionfruit, plum, and peach. The woody close consists of warm amber, musk, Virginia cedar, and sandalwood.
The Italian cosmetic company behind this fragrance is Borghese. This company was founded by Princess Marcella Borghese in 1958. This Italian princess married the Duke of Bomarzo in 1942, and the aristocratic family sought its own original cosmetics and scents. The family used original secret recipes of natural ingredients and fruits to develop lipsticks and skin creams. In 1956, the princess met Revlon founder Charles Revson who helped her establish a formal retail cosmetics line.
