All our transactions are process through Paypal as an intermediary (you, however, don’t need to have a Paypal account). Paypal encrypts and processes your payment information so that such sensitive information is never revealed to sellers while still allowing payment transfers to be made. Additionally, it also ensures that you are always protected and guarantees that chargebacks are promptly processed.
From our end, we guarantee that any personal information that we do end up collecting, such as your shipping address, phone number and email which are needed to ship your product and to provide any customer support needed, will be erased from our system within 3 months of your purchase and will not be shared with any third parties in any manner that is prohibited the US Consumer Privacy Act.
Above all else, If you have any issues, you can always contact us and we will address your concerns within 24 business hours. We have been verified top-rated sellers on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Jet, Newegg and Rakuten for over 10 years and we understand that the only way to succeed online in the long run is through robust customer support and we promise to provide, nothing less than that the best.
Returns & Cancellation Policy:
- We offer hassle-free returns within 60 days of purchase on almost all items other than cosmetics, creams and solid deodorants. For hygienic reasons, we cannot offer returns on such items since they are applied through direct contact.
- If, for any reason, any item other than a cosmetic, cream or a solid deodorant is not eligible for a return, the fact will be explicitly mentioned in the item's full description.
- If, however, there is an issue with an item that does not fall within our return policy, please do contact us directly before leaving any feedback/opening a chargeback. We will try our best to resolve this issue in any way we can.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened and unused condition for a full refund. If an item is returned in damaged, defective, opened or used condition, a 15% minimum restocking fee will be charged.
- The exact amount of the restocking fee will depend on the extent to which the product is used and/or damaged. You can get an exact quote on the restocking fee before returning the item by sending us pictures of the item.
- Your returns are covered through Paypal’s customer protection policies since all our payments are processed through Paypal.
- If there is damage to an item during transit, you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item (beginning at the time when your item is marked as being “delivered” by USPS). If pictures are provided, we will arrange for a free replacement with a return, a replacement without a return, a partial refund or a full refund depending upon the circumstances. Please communicate with us in such cases, and do not throw away the product even if it is damaged. We will work with you to ensure the best possible resolution.
- If your item is lost during transit, we will send you another. If we are out of stock, we will fully refund you.
- If an incorrect item is sent, we will completely cover the cost of replacement/return. We will even expedite the shipment of the correct item to you (3 day shipping).
- Although shipping is free on all orders, if an order needs to be resent after being returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address or because it was left unclaimed, there will be an additional $6.00 charge for the reshipment. If a refund is requested in such cases, a $6.00 restocking fee will be charged.
- We do not take any responsibility for items that are stolen after delivery. Please contact your local authorities/neighborhood watch in such cases.
